How to respond to young people's exposure to illicit drug use and markets?
We've just launched a new EU-funded project to train and mobilise local actors
Cities and towns across Europe are impacted by illicit drug markets, which affect public health, urban security and social cohesion. Young people are particularly vulnerable as they are exposed to drug use and the realities of local drug markets. Through its new EU-funded CAPABLE project, Efus brings together municipal staff, researchers and local practitioners. The objective is to strengthen local capacities and equip frontline actors with the skills to better address youth involvement in drug use and supply through a coordinated and integrated approach.
