Current projects on improving policing Efus is working on several projects that tackle the role of police in urban security. One of them is the new EU-POLNET network of European local forces. We are also partners in two EU-funded projects: KOBAN on community policing, and PACTESUR 2 on the protection of public spaces, which includes police academies 👇

New European Commission: an enduring partnership with Efus
|
|
The European Commission, which is the European Union’s executive body, is a key partner of Efus. Resulting from the European parliamentary elections in June, the new Commission was appointed
|
|
|
|
in November for a mandate running until 31 October 2029. Efus has always been in regular contact with cabinet members of Commissioners who work in policy areas that are relevant to us, such as Migration and Home Affairs; Democracy, Justice and the Rule of Law, and Crisis management.
